Carrie Etter has been teaching creative writing in the UK for twenty years and joined the University of Bristol faculty in 2022. Individual poems have appeared in The New Republic, The New Statesman, The Penguin Book of the Prose Poem, Poetry Review, The Times Literary Supplement, and many other journals and anthologies internationally. She also writes short stories, essays, and reviews. Her fifth collection, Grief’s Alphabet, will be published by Seren Books in April 2024.
